My duties included providing administrative support to the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor, data entry on Microsoft Excel for open accidents, near misses, hazards, audits within health and safety, typed up risk assessments for the engineering team and completed environmental graphs, typed up arrangement policies from Microsoft Word to Excel and covered reception as and when needed.

My duties included covering for reception during periods of absence and annual leave and this included answering the phone, calling candidates and booking them in for interviews, preparing starter packs, updating employee files transferred calls to members of staff and sent messages via email. Recorded staff members absences using Microsoft Excel, general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying and data entry on Charitylog.
