My first job was a sales advisor for an electronics store: I learned alot about sales.... the hard way. Ask me about my stories. ⛰️ - I’ve been fortunate enough to see lots of beautiful places around the world. My current favourite is the Amalfi Coast. Next on my list are the Rocky Mountains in Canada. 🍣 A welcome side effect of having exposure to lots of different cultures and travelling is getting to experience all types of food. Highlight so far is the Sashimi in Japan 🎓 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗘 & 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 Renewed Innovation Strategy for Business Units totalling €7b in revenue – Working with each business, I helped them examine their unique capabilities to get new perspectives on how they can improve their core value proposition (Exploit Strategy) and find new markets (Explore Strategy) Designed and Built New Innovation Process applied to 20+ Business Teams - Incorporating Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Business Experimentation & Agile Methods, I developed a world class Innovation Process for Projects. Developed and Delivered Online (Miro) Scenario Planning Workshops with C-Suite – Blindsided by the pandemic, I was tasked with developing a workshop to help the C-suite develop potential visions of the future to help the business prepare for an uncertain future. 💰 𝗠𝗬 BELIEF AND APPROACH A strategic thinker that knows what it takes to uncover great ideas and how to make them happen.
