You've got Lunar Outpost, Intuitive Machines, Astrobotic, Firefly Aerospace, and others developing rovers, landers, robotics, and other critical enabling technologies. 

You've got two, three, four commercial landers every year now landing on the moon testing these technologies. 

The tech is developing very, very rapidly. It's just looking for a customer. 

Lunar mining is actually the customer that all these companies need to go beyond just NASA research grants and maybe defence contracts."
