The on premise or Four Winds hosted solution provides a digital backbone for delivering promotional, operational, social media, KPI, progressives, wayfinding, and emergency messaging information to customers and employees.  This helps provide visibility for IT, Marketing, and HR goals.  A client's initial ask might be a specific application such as gamefinding, but my job entails making sure they understand a visual communication solution, if maximized and used most effectively, affects all departments.  Daily duties include account management, prospecting, scoping, technical  issue resolution, preparing enterprise solutions, and performing both inside and outside sales.  Overall focus is elevating customer experience and spend by sending targeted information to screens through the software platform, with continuous maximum employee awareness.
