I am currently Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Red Points. Before Red Points I was Chief Revenue Officer at Nitro where I was part of the executive team that led the company to our successful acquisition by Potentia Capital. Prior to Nitro I was a member of Marketo’s executive leadership team in EMEA, responsible for rapid revenue growth and customer operations. This growth ultimately lead to Marketo’s acquisition by Vista Equity Partners for USD 1.8Bn and subsequently by Adobe for almost USD 5Bn. I served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vistatec, a global professional services organisation, where I was responsible for rapid and sustained revenue growth. Before Vistatec I held a number of senior sales and marketing leadership positions in organisations such as PFH, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) & Hewlett Packard. I am an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving high performance and business transformation through focused execution, often in challenging and highly competitive market segments. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing major) and a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice from the National University of Ireland, Galway. I've been fortunate enough to have been invited to speak and share my thoughts at conferences across Europe and North America throughout my career.
