My roles and achievements include:

1. Generating over $175,000+ in sales revenue within a 9 month period, selling over 500+ memberships with an average deal size of $300 and over $10,000+ in personal training packages.

2. Optimizing sales operations within the club to increase our closing percentage from 32.7% in April to over 65% in October of 2023.

3. Leading a team of 6 sales representatives, coaching on a daily basis, working alongside team members on the sales floor 5-6 days a week.

4. Managing & servicing a club with over 4,600+ active members.

5. Turn over rate was extremely large, with most team members leaving within 3 months or less. I focused my efforts on optimizing our hiring practices/processes within the club, aligning each team member with the importance of their roles and responsibilities, leading by example, challenging my team members to broaden their skills/knowledge, and cultivating and reinforcing a rewarding work culture. My efforts have led to a reduction of turnover by more than 200% with our average team member staying longer than 6 months!

6. With guidance from my GM, I have been able to successfully cultivate a culture where everyone understands their role and how it contributes to the bigger picture. I have aligned everyone on my team to successfully work together and streamline our efforts, which has resulted in positioning ourselves as the top preforming club year to date within the district out of 13 clubs!

7. My team and I have been able to grow our club from 4,100 members as of January 2023 to over 4,800+ members as of November 2023.

Sales & Service Manager

My roles and achievements include:

1. Being ranked in 8th place within the top 10 revenue performers for the month of March out of 66 clubs in the NY region, generating over $20k in revenue.

2. Being ranked in 3rd place within the top 10 revenue performers for the month of April out of 66 clubs in the NY region, generating over $32k in revenue.

3. Created sales assets to inform new and existing members on membership and personal training packages.

4. Booked 2 to 4 in person appointments a day, maintained relationships with prospects, followed up, and sold them memberships.

Sales And Service Expert

After scaling a digital agency throughout COVID I felt out of touch with in person communication, sales, and servicing. I aim to increase my skills in all of those areas while aiding in achieving the sales & revenue goals of this specific location.

My roles and achievements include:

1. Opening the gym at 5am and closing the gym at 10pm every week.
2. Servicing over 100-150 members at the front desk daily.
