As an undergraduate student studying Construction Management, I am interested in growing my skills Real Estate Development, Building Information Modeling, Project and Site Facilitation, and Primavera. In previous positions, I focused on real estate investing, actively participating in market research, financial analysis, and valuation methods. A notable achievement includes being selected to engage in the Greystar Real Estate Development bridge program, where I learned about the development process, including pre-development procedures, site and project analysis, securing financing and determining leasing projections for ground-up development projects. In previous roles at the Four Seasons Resort and Ritz Carlton. I was exposed to the value of private equity and experienced the merger and acquisition of two global hotel companies and the leadership of management providing accommodations to employees and customers alike. I look forward to growing in the construction industry with a focus on urban planning.
