Responsible for securing strategic customer wins, sales & marketing, strategic partners program, hiring & training of new hires.

Responsibilities

•	Quota carrying rep, for 4 key markets, including NSW (Australia), China, India and Japan
•	Responsible for the launch and go to market of Sumo logic in Asia Pac, with VP of Asia Pac

->	Develop in region marketing plans, AWS partner relationships, content & collateral
->	Develop key relationships with AWS consulting / professional service partners
->	Provide support and mentorship to new sales reps, through weekly catch ups
