The Center for Diabetes and Mental Health (CDMH) is a behavioral health clinic and a professional services organization focused on improving the lives of people with diabetes. Our mission is to make living with and managing diabetes easier.

CDMH brings an in-depth understanding of the psychosocial, emotional, and behavioral aspects of diabetes together with the clinical expertise and practical know-how to make a meaningful impact on these important issues.

CDMH gives the diabetes community tools to address the psychosocial and emotional challenges of living with diabetes by providing specialized behavioral health treatment and world-class training, program development and strategic consulting services.

I work on Booz Allen's San Diego-based Health team providing Behavioral Health subject matter expertise on projects for clients such as the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED).  My primarily focus is on behavioral health program development and evaluation and on the dissemination of empirically-supported behavioral health treatments.
