I co-lead our Talent Solutions business (hiring, learning and employee engagement product lines) and am responsible for our sales organization globally.

My team is focused on delivering customer value and revenue to help LinkedIn achieve its vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce.  

With our solutions, our customers hire, develop and engage millions of LinkedIn members every year.

I also sponsor a number of company-wide Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) initiatives and am the executive sponsor of HOLA, our Latino employee resource group.

I worked on the Lynda.com acquisition and integration with a focus on Lynda.com's B2B business.  

After a successful integration, I was a member of the Learning Solutions exec team (with peers in R&D and Marketing) which architected the strategy and operated the business. I was responsible for building and leading the global pre-sales, sales and customer success teams. 

It was a great experience with lessons learned on M&A, integration (teams, systems and cultures), change management, leadership, and strategy.
