•	Established business growth, brand and marketing strategy for PE/HNW backed £90m Telecoms company.
•	Devised and implemented launch and growth strategy including product development and pricing, brand creation and positioning, customer acquisition/loyalty/CRM, web/social, sales strategy.
•	Built and launched new industry billing and payments system.
•	Led mergers & acquisitions strategy In conjunction with VC partners to accelerate growth. Acquiring IT/Tech companies to widen product set / improve customer retention. Rebranded IT division for eventual £24m trade sale. Completed 9 acquisitions/mergers/distressed restructures.
•	Sourced partnerships to provide service functions to facilitate partner app and CRM software/systems development.
