Keeping in mind the customer’s perspective while considering the internal and external impacts of decisions is critical in the successful attainment of long-term strategic goals, and one by which I am very skilled at. My experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Information Technology, Consulting and Warehousing in retail and wholesale distribution coupled with academics in Marketing and Management has allowed me to amass the knowledge necessary to fully understand the life-cycle of a business and the requirements needed to create synergy between technology, processes and people.
