I provide guidance and alignment between Marketing and Digital & Technology team on seasonal campaign launches. My role involves coordination between SEO team and agency, ensuring successful SEO implementation on a global scale. Additionally, I assist local marketing with trouble shooting when needed with issues within promotions, sorting rules, A/B tests and customer groups. As part of helping the markets, I manage global SFCC onboarding programs and markets skill improvement resources (training, webinars, Q&A sessions).

Took ownership of Toy2's E-Commerce operations in Europe by managing paid advertising and website. I supported Toy2's overall strategy by sourcing, and managing freelancers, interns, part-time workers and an external advertising agency that launched Toy2 brand in the USA.

Effectively assisted with increasing Toy2's online presence by co-managing multiple marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn ads). With the growing demand, I got introduced to Amazon which we leveraged to increase marketing performance in our key markets. Through our own channels, I managed A/B testing of digital and marketing content. My E-Commerce experience grew greatly by assisting with paid marketing budget planning and optimization. It helped me understand unit economics across different channels and how we can use them to our advantage.

E-Commerce Marketing Student Worker

Assisted with marketing strategy implementation by setting up campaigns, writing creative copy, and designing creatives. I applied my theoretical, and gained practical knowledge in A/B testing through experimentation with creative and audience targeting on Facebook and Google Ads. After the promotions, I was creating reports and created actionable insights based on the data. One of my biggest contributions to Toy2 during this internship was designing the 48-page brochure which was included with every package sold.

I was responsible for LinkedIn content creation. I worked closely with the marketing manager of the company, assisting with graphic content creation for the paid advertisement on Facebook. Moreover, I took part in the creation of landing pages, both for paid advertisement and organic SEO reach. In addition, I created content for Faundits blog, which was in a form of short articles, ranging from 300-800 words that have helped to increase Faundits organic reach.

Hey there! I am Marko, Digital Marketer & Designer. If I had to put myself in 3 words it would be: decisive, agile and curious. This last one is what made me switch 2 countries and 3 different jobs before finally deciding to study and pursue my deepest interest: communication. I like communicating with people through designs and messaging (ads). 

My view on the marketing has been impacted by many different points of view that I had through different jobs. When I was a bartender, good drinks and a smile went a long way in getting the good work done. When I was a Pizza maker as a student, good food, delivery on time, and a smile went a long way too. When I was a waiter, you guessed it, still the same. Delivering excellent customer experience is what helped me excel in those jobs, and it will help me excel in this career as well.
