- Expanding Travel Agent network and implementing new web platform

- Attending all the major fairs across Europe (TTG, IFTM, ITB,WTM, etc...)

- Leading a team of professionals in delivering small luxury hotels of the world standards
- Developing communication with department heads in order of achieving budgeted goals, solving problems and maintaining highest level of daily operations
- Working closely with sales team on creating and implementing effective sales tools
- Annual budget planning for each department
- Implementing sales driven bonus targets for employees
- Introduction of 3 day cycles to all of the management
team with a goal of developing awareness and capability of planning ahead of time
- Reporting to the ownership group

Director Of Operations

Twin Farms

- Working closely with the General Manager and the Managing Partner in a closed group that includes planning, organizing and putting to action strategic decisions, both short and long term
- Analyzing and implementing performance data of each room unit to further support sales efforts based on results
- Reinforcing key Forbes five star training guidelines within the team
- Implementing Relais&Chateaux standards within the team and the property
- Working on yearly budget structuring with department heads and monitoring bi-weekly labor costs
- Allocating company's CapEx funds, identifying suppliers and maintaining financial records
- Supporting the yearly ownership report file with the Managing Partner

Assistant Hotel Manager

- Part of the US Exchange Program
- Performing Forbes 5 star training in Guest Experience, Service and Dining
- Member of the Guest Experience staff that works relentlessly to provide the "above and beyond" service to the guest
- Maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Efficiently multitasking between different sectors when needed 
- Quick problem solving "on spot" with the guests
- Daily reporting to the department leader

Exchange Program

AIK Banka

- Managing corporate client relationships and account portfolio 
- Guiding credit application processes from start to finish 
- Effectively managing relationships between different sectors within the bank 
- Acquisitioning new corporate clients 
- Quarterly reporting to the credit board
- Overviewing weekly pipeline with the corporate director
