Revenue Growth Architecture School Graduate (July 2021). Learned the key skills, strategies, and scientific models needed to be a revenue growth architect, including the principles of recurring revenue, the GTM operating model, the SPICED methodology, identifying moments that matter, and more.

CRO School Graduate (July 2021). Learned the key skills and strategies needed as a CRO, including developing a theory of enterprise value, financial modeling and unit economics, revenue team alignment, board management, and building a world-class team.

The vision for Clear.bio is to become the Digital Therapeutic standard for Type 2 Diabetes Management. Working as a fractional CPO to deliver across a wide set of areas related to Series-A strategy:

- Positioning, Segmentation and Product strategy
- Channel strategy (Evaluation + execution)
- Implementation of product analytics and feature experimentation
- Behavioral science strategy

As of 2021 I am leading the B2C operations team. This requires me to blend my expertise in marketing, sales and product development to achieve our strategic objectives. This full-funnel approach is critical to our success and adding as much value to our patients as we can. 

My main focus as Chief product and growth officer is to make sure every initiative we take across product, marketing and patient support adds value to our primary growth goal.

Pharmaceutical Intermediary scale-up trying to change how patients with life threatening and debilitating illnesses access medicines globally. 

I'm leading cross functional teams (Engineering, UX, Data Analysis and Product Portfolio) to develop a growth process that enables us to narrowly focus on the right metrics, acquisition and activation to drive monthly transaction volume and user growth.

We built a product to solve manual CV/Resume screening for companies with high volumes of application. The solution was a Machine Learning API which used unstructured text processing to cluster relevant documents. Personally built the micro-services architecture (Docker) for horizontal and vertical scaling. 

Pivoted to a Social Referral Platform where users could refer people from their social network to interesting jobs and earn a bounty if the person got hired. The solution was our first approach into a scalable web platform and utilized the LinkedIn and Facebook Social Graph with a Machine Learning recommendation engine.

I was responsible for customer discovery, the business development and strategy and for execution of growth targets.

Product + MLOps

Originally founded Overscore as a IT services Company. Primarily based off my personal experience with systems administration, virtualization and IP analytics.

nFold AI

nFold was a Recruitment marketplace connecting Employers who wanted to hire tech talent with 3rd party Recruiters who wanted to find great places for their candidates to work. We closed down operations on 05 April 2019.

I was responsible for product and growth. 

Over this period I developed a deeper understanding in the following areas:
- Customer Discovery, prototyping 
- Built the marketplace to 15~ Enterprise companies and over 200 Recruiters
- Built parts of the product including public profiles, chat and UI/UX
- Hired our first sales team of three

Co-Founder / Product / MLOps

Rockstart

Our Team was selected out of hundreds of applications, as one of ten startups to participate in the first Rockstart Artificial Intelligence Accelerator. 

We experimented with a Speech to Text application where interviews could be automatically transcoded from Audio to searchable text with sentiment analysis and advanced predictions on culture and vacancy fit. 

Based on our work in the market we settled on a Platform connecting Recruitment agencies with the aim of helping them work better together through referred candidates.

I started off as an independent Entrepreneur and this was the first Company I started out of Varsity. 
This was an IT Consultancy to provide hardware and software solutions to the SMB business sector aimed at helping them with not only infrastructure solutions but infrastructure to support digital projects. 

Operated mostly as an independent consultant with a focus on Hosted Servers design and deployment and on-site  IT Infrastructure including:

- Data Center Architecture
- Image recognition and surveillance applications (AXIS Gold Partner)
- Microsoft Gold Partner (Deployment + Consulting)
- LAN/WAN Design and Implementation 
- Full stack Server Deployment 

Company was sold in 2013 and absorbed into a larger IT Conglomerate

I like building things that people want. 

I'm a 2x Founder (First company helped companies re-order their job applications by using a Machine Learning API for Unstructured text data processing) and nFold was an online marketplace helping companies get more tech applicants by quickly enabling hiring managers to get candidates from many external recruiters.

I am biased towards action and I love building products but I also believe in figuring out the trade-offs. I thrive in high pressure environments with ambitious objectives, limited resources and highly intelligent and driven people.
