I’m a Customer Success executive and operator with deep experience building, scaling, and transforming post-sales organizations in high-growth SaaS companies. I’ve helped leadership teams rethink Customer Success as a true revenue-driving function, improving retention, expanding customer lifetime value, and building cultures obsessed with measurable outcomes.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led and advised global Customer Success teams at companies including AppZen, Base (acquired by Zendesk), Hightail, and Upwork. I’m known for bringing sales rigor into CS, applying discovery, qualification, and coaching principles to drive stronger renewals, expansion, and executive alignment.

I’m also an entrepreneur, advisor, and coach to CS leaders navigating growth, churn, and organizational change. I’m passionate about developing talent, building global teams, and helping Customer Success leaders elevate their commercial mindset without losing customer trust.

Outside of work, I’m a marathon runner, lifelong tech nerd, and proud dad. I believe the most meaningful growth, both personal and professional, comes from consistent discipline, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

pclub is on a mission to transform the $10B per year sales training industry. Our platform is already the #1 skill transformation tool for revenue teams, powered by courses from the top 0.01% of sales practitioners.

We are looking for two high-impact individuals to join our remote team and help our customers win.

1️⃣ Enablement Transformation Manager

The Mission: You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to our B2B customers, helping them improve key metrics like win rates, deal size, and sales velocity.

What you’ll do: Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and design high-impact enablement programs using the pclub platform.

What we’re looking for: 3+ years in enablement, L&D, or sales consulting. You should be data-literate and familiar with sales methodologies and processes. 

2️⃣ Account Manager

The Mission: You are equal parts strategist, seller, and executive partner. Your goal is to make pclub a mission-critical part of your customer’s growth plan.

What you’ll do: Own a book of business, manage expansion pipelines (upsell/cross-sell), and multi-thread across GTM leadership including CROs and VPs of Sales.

What we’re looking for: 3+ years in a quota-carrying AM or AE role, ideally within B2B SaaS. You need strong revenue storytelling skills and the ability to articulate measurable ROI.
