I am an experienced eCommerce & Digital leader who has a track record for delivery of high quality, profitable digital platforms across Europe. I get tremendous satisfaction from building a successful enterprise; from working with intelligent teammates, and helping organisations to achieve a common goal. I am fascinated by technology and the way it is impacting the way that we live and work. I love to travel and to meet and work with people of different backgrounds and cultures, and the challenge of building cross-cultural multi-national teams is one which inspires me. I've worked extensively in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden and Poland, as well as further afield with roles taking me to India, the UAE & the US. I enjoy speaking at various national and international conferences on the challenges of digital transformation, and when time allows I write about my passion on my blog. I recently completed two productive years working on a compelling Magento project; helping the Stone Group build an end to end B2B ecommerce platform here in the United Kingdom, while managing and upgrading their existing B2B, B2C and DTC websites. I’ve taken a new position as Head of DTC Ecommerce for Ravensburger, and I’m responsible for all consumer websites, marketplace sales and social media commerce globally.
