Another track are my product trainings, which provide deep inside and experience for product managers and owners on product management principles and tools as well as innovation, user research, strategy and steering development. 

I also guide Innovation projects, especially deep innovation, potentially located away from the company.

Supporting rebuilding the company from a more bespoke to a real product company model. I was consulting the company before and after the Interim role and helped develop that development including a new marketing approach, reducing sales efforts leading to much reduced lead time (time from customer interest to product being implemented at customer). This was a huge all in, lots of fun company-rebuild-turn-the-ship-around initiative only possible w/ deepest commitment by the company top management and all levels of the work force. Impressive to see that talentsconnect were able to pull this through. A once in a lifetime experience!

Researching the core needs of the users and step by step redesigning the whole experience of the user in finding the right craftsman for the current job at hand. Basically ending in a radical shift of the whole business model, including a cultural shift in how the product is thought and designed. Also bringing in bright, smart nice people w/ the right understanding of the users needs at the core of their thinking. I the end the investors did not commit to this direction and while all signals were positive, we did not pull through and I went on.

It was the time after mobile coming up and companies asking themselves how much they need to invest. We finally built a really successful mobile app. But with the release of the iPad, we needed more. We needed to embrace agencies wanting to advertise on our real estate on this gorgeous new device while also coming up with a standout experience that matches the class of this awesome new device. First we built a mixed team of external designers, UI experts and internal developers to deliver that app, which we did - in time and budget and after an awesome team design process. Then we built a permanent team responsible for the hyper agile maintenance of everything mobile. Not only were we a fantastic team really living the dream of being truly interdisciplinary, we also smashed all targets we had for mobile at the time.
