My current role as Global Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnering at Ingentis allows me to focus on my passion for working with partners to develop strategic relationships, delivering added value transformational technology solutions to Human Ressources and Organizational Design teams. I am an experienced leader with expertise in developing strategic partnerships and business development. When people ask me about my job, I say I am a builder – of partnerships, teams, concepts, and strategic solutions. Building more sustainable and resilient organizations has shot up on the global agenda in recent years, and is a subject that I, alongside Ingentis feel very passionate about. I strive to work with the Ingentis partner ecosystem to allow our joint customers to have a look at their organizations from a different angle, whilst adding value at the same time. Additionally, the software offers a wide variety of data visualizations that are particularly useful when conducting organizational design activities.
