Managed 10 direct reports to optimize the customer experience for 20M+ followers and 1M+ monthly engagements. Delivered 3k monthly social posts including blogs across 6 industry verticals.

Agency side:
Owned budgets, forecasting, and SOWs including client and procurement negotiations. Exceeded agency margin requirements and improved client ROI, resulting in 47% account growth in year 1.

Performed as primary point-of-contact for Microsoft clients, generating $7M in agency revenue. Pitched and won a 3-year, $4M Microsoft contract to become the agency of record for the Azure Global Demand Center.
Developed and launched the agency’s RFP/RFI process, resulting in the biggest win in agency history and doubling account revenue.
