I am passionate about connecting people and ideas to help them grow. My interests and experience are at the intersection of the academic and the applied - marketing practice & theory/research - with a focus on consumer insights and behavior, social impact, social media, branding and advertising/promotion strategy. I have a particular interest in the entertainment and fashion industries, particularly luxury marketing. In recent years, I have worked with my family business before branching out to start my own company with my sister, growing it to a $10 million business within 5 years. I've maintained my academic pursuits by teaching undergraduate, MBA and executive education courses as an adjunct professor at GWU and Georgetown Universities. When I'm not working, you can find me traveling with my husband and kids, playing violin in a church sanctuary orchestra, playing piano at home, or catching a live play or musical performance in DC or NYC.
