In these projects, I translate the voice of the customer or client into solutions and recommendations. I focus on thorough and valuable client / stakeholder interactions, develop market research methods for new product development,  and combine qualitative and quantitative research methods.

I developed marketing campaigns around customer interaction. The goals of the campaigns were translated into classical marketing activities and social media posts on Linked-in, Twitter and Facebook.

Merketing coördinator (marketing)

I developed a new service for Merketingvisie during my HBO Bachelor graduation thesis. The new service enabled Merketingvisie to help their customers use the new brand values through the whole organisation.
