Onbaz is revolutionizing the advertising and live shopping landscape by broadcasting live shopping events online, similar to Google Ads but for live shopping. Our collaborations with leading publishers enhance their websites with interactive experiences, while enabling brands to extend their reach both during and after live events. Unlike traditional models, brands invest in reach, not technology. This approach not only offers customers a superior shopping experience through genuine, unedited content, but also allows them to ask pertinent questions before purchasing, contributing to an average reduction in return rates of 40%. Onbaz embodies a unique blend of entertainment, shopping, and sustainability.

CDON

Responsible for sales within our business areas;
Marketplace - development and management of our merchants.
Retail - CDON's own sales to consumers (purchases + sales).
Advertising - advertising spaces/sponsored products/adwords.

The group currently consists of 16 employees with roles such as buyers/product managers, sales assistants & Junior AM/AM/KAM sales, Sales Manager (advertising), Sales Developer (sales coach/sales process).

Head of Sales

Responsibility for CDON's retail department (includes drop-shipment & own warehouse) and the marketplace (includes CDON's merchants). Personnel responsibility for about 14 people including roles such as buyers/product managers, sales assistants & AM/KAM sales people.

Sales Manager

Office Management

Responsibility for sales in all business areas (IT, copy, AV/Video, communication/facility services) and part-owner in the Office Management Group. Responsible for 18 employees - team leader and sales. 

Our group worked with sales of OM's total service portfolio in the region. Reported to the vice president. The office had sales of approximately SEK 115 million (2018). Served on the management team for the region and product council for the group. We were a total of 50 employees in the office out of a total of 500 in the group. 

Some of the responsibilities: Performance responsibility, personnel responsibility, development in the region, supporting with KAM on major accounts, business processes, supplier contact, conferences etc.

Sales Director & Partner

Responsible for for the department's sales of communication/telephony solutions. Also taking care of recruitment, coaching, budgets and development of business men/women.

After the second year, we received the following awards, for achievements in 2015, in my team; 
Group Rookie (had no previous B2B or industry experience), 
Area Manager of the year, best department of the year with 10 employees (based on growth in earnings / EBITDA). 
Was also nominated for sales manager of the year three times.

Started a company together with a colleague based on a concept aimed at companies in the service sector. During this work, I have learned an enormous amount both in terms of entrepreneurship but also planning, marketing, design, website, application, business plan, etc.

Founder

Svensk Mobiltjänst AB

Overall responsibility for sales of a new operator (SST Net). These subscriptions were provided to both corporate and private customers.

My main task consisted of everything from recruitment, training and coaching. Spread positive energy, help with business and develop employees. The completely newly started department quickly became a group of 15 people who delivered contracts to new customers in the private market.

Led the start-up of a new product / service. Procurement of physical products and services that our offer included.

Also was out at our sales offices and presented the solution and helped them get started with their sales. Also negotiated with new resellers of the product.

Updated with news in our back office where all salespeople took part in information.

Project leader and Sales Manager

Responsible for sales at our head office. Included tasks such as recruitment, training, team leaders, etc. Worked with Svensk Mobiltjänst existing customers as a target group with the aim of renewing customers' agreements. At the same time was responsible for the store. Went to combine inside sales and store sales as the store is located in an industrial area. Responsibility for purchasing and sales in store.

Store- and Sales Manager

Worked as a customer service employee and mostly took care of larger customer cases. In this service, the challenge was to turn dissatisfied customers into being satisfied. Turned a department that had previously been a cost into an income.

Customer Support

Booked meetings, met customers, held company and product presentations. Worked in the segment 1-50 employees. Sold mobile subscriptions and mobile exchanges. The main supplier was Telenor and their mobile exchange, Telenor One.

Account Manager

Sold mobile subscriptions by phone to new customers, B2B. The segment was small and medium-sized enterprises. Mostly 5-10 employees.

Telemarketer

Bachelor's degree in Strategic Business Development. Been working with sales since 2008 and leadership since 2010 within IT and e-commerce.
