Titles are helpful, but how much do they really tell us? Accolades? Well, they can be an important indicator of competence and potential, but boasting of accomplishments isn't the same as actively adding value. There are problems, challenges and obstacles preventing your business, organization or team from achieving a worthy and meaningful goal. You need passionate problem solvers, engaged employees and inspirational leaders to successfully navigate the gauntlet and deliver a Big Win for your customers and clients. This, ultimately, is what matters. Two attributes have characterized my personal and professional trajectory: Insatiable curiosity and a compulsion to tackle seemingly intractable problems. My genuine interest in people and investment in their success allows me to connect deeply with others and lead from a position of empathy while leveraging and maximizing the talents and unique skill-sets of diverse contributors. I find the greatest fulfillment in collaborating with other creative thinkers to transform paradigms and deliver valuable results.
