City of Fullerton

As chief executive officer of the City of Fullerton, Marshall Krupp oversaw and managed $300 million redevelopment and housing development program that completed the redevelopment of the city’s downtown and transportation center, over 2,000 modernization and rehabilitation housing units, and the development and expansion of the University of California at Fullerton.  He oversaw and an annual capital improvement budget of over $50 million.
