At Upwork I'm a part of a self-service segment of our business where I partner with organizations leveraging the Upwork platform to hire independent talent. Consultative selling in a hybrid workforce solution lets me bounce from all sectors from SMB to Enterprise clients across the globe. I drive both individual projects tied to core business initiatives and make recommendations for best practices but also strategically advise around optionally to enable success through any macro headwinds to help innovate.

I've grown in this role as a mix between account manager, AE, BDR, EPS (post-sale) and CS rep to solve issues as they arise and discover new ways to tackle old problems.

2022: 

-President's club, at 103% of quota, only one of seventeen on my team.
-Multi-threaded new sales deals while managing a book of business (grown from 400k in FY20' to 1.2MM each month FY23')
-Closed over 500k in new projects and won sales contests for new pipeline
-Diagnosed with cancer and maintained KPIs despite potential setbacks
