Fundación IMO is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the research of rare diseases affecting vision, which also has teaching, prevention and social action programmes in the field of ophthalmology. My main tasks include:

- Social media management, creation of scientific content for social media and website, and design and implementation of email marketing strategy.
- Organization of various international medical conferences, such as "Barcelona Oculoplastics 2019" and "Trends in Retina 2019".
- Organization of various fundraising, scientific dissemination and prevention of ocular pathologies events: scientific theatre play " Grabado en la Retina", solidarity reading initiative "Letras Por La Ciencia", Glaucoma Prevention Week, solidarity concert "Miradas Felices", etc.
- Management of the "HUMANeye" project, funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 programme, to develop nitinol implants as a treatment for corneal dystrophies.

This iconic 5-star hotel belongs to the international Ritz-Carlton hotel chain. As a Front Desk Agent, my tasks included: serving guests in an exquisite manner, anticipating and attending to all their needs; handling all administrative tasks related to guest check-in, stay and check-out; driving sales and promoting the on-site upselling of rooms; handling any kind of situation with professionalism; running daily reports; and checking cashier reports at the beginning and end of the shift.

Internship at a luxury DMC agency located in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal. My tasks included: daily updating of the website and social media content, in English and Spanish, and collaborating in the design and implementation of the marketing strategy focused on the Spanish / Latin American market.

Internship in an OTA specialising in customized trips. My tasks consisted of supporting various departments: marketing (sending newsletters, creating content for the blog, social media management), product design (itinerary writing, map creation, contact with tourist offices) and reservations (customer service, sending documentation, booking management).

Internship in a luxury tourist accommodation company. My tasks consisted of supporting the Revenue Manager with the closing of sales, price changes, contact with OTAs and review of published content, as well as the use of different management and sales programs.
