I used to think that being visible online is cringe. 

Because like what others gonna think? ↴

Who she thinks he is? 
She’s just pretending to be an influencer. 
So unprofessional sharing personal journey on LinkedIn… 

Authenticity is vulnerable. 

It requires truth, raw story, controversial opinions. 

It basically requires you to be unapologetically honest and authentic. 

No matter what. 

The funniest part? 

I was living in my head with all of those fears that never became reality. 

In fact pretty the opposite happened. 

My content skyrocket when I stopped filtering and polishing every single word of my content. 

When I stopped acting “professional” and posting my typical Ig pics without pretending. 

Everyone started to ask who helped me rebrand, what strategies I followed. 

Honestly? My own. 

Just being myself. 

That’s the strategy, that’s the tea. 🫖

It requires vulnerability, opening up, showing up as myself. 

It also pays off and always attracts the best opportunities because I’m REAL.

It won’t be any new year, it will be the most special one. 

17th February marks the beginning of the fire horse year. 🐎

Horse is all about action, speed, power, movement. 🔥

But also… 

Alignment, emotional intelligence, higher frequency.

This is why people very often feel emotional in their presence. 

Horse is a symbol of your biggest power, highest self.

It’s a power to not just hustle and work hard.

It’s a power that comes from within you.

The power you already had for all this time.

You were just not able to realise it, to see it.

The biggest proof is this feeling of being stuck, disconnected.

You wouldn’t even feel dissatisfied, if you didn’t believe you’re mean for more.

Deep inside you knew it all this time.

That’s why it was so hard to settle:

- For relationships below your real standards and values.
- For career and jobs sucking your soul and energy.
- For living in the wrong environment.

The first step to change is understanding that you need to change.

If you didn’t feel lost, you wouldn’t have a need to find yourself. 

Find your voice, honour your emotions, love and accept yourself. 🫂

It all happens when you take this brave step to go for the new life. 

It might look different for everyone, but one thing is the same:

Movement. 🐎

You need to move in order to get clarity.

Waiting won’t bring you answers, action will. 

Before every biggest decision and change in my life I felt in crisis. 

I was absolutely dissatisfied, disconnected, lost, felt miserable.

However, I treated each of those breakdowns as my breakthrough.

If you switch your mindset for seeking opportunities everything changes.

🪄 You don’t even have to chase them anymore, they find you! Your energy becomes magnetic and you simply attract all that’s best for you.

🧚🏼‍♀️ You start feeling grateful for this difficult moments as they pushed you to step into your highest self and life the most aligned life. 

🫶🏽 You let go of your old self, limiting beliefs, fear. You step into confidence, you make decisions from alignment, not from scarcity mindset. 

It might feel hard today, but tomorrow you can be someone new.

Change can happen overnight when you truly commit to it. 

It’s not about creating someone new, but aligning with your highest self.

People pleasing is the most selfish thing you can do… 

This mindset shift completely changed my whole confidence. ↴

I used to think chasing opinions of others is the right way. 

🫨 Waiting for the external validation, gathering everyone’s opinions. 
🤨 Making decisions based on their judgment, not on my own. 
😶 Pleasing others to gather their support and sympathy. 

This is how I used to operate. 

Now it feels embarrassing to even admit it, but I will anyway. 

Because you might be now where I used to be.

📣 Afraid to speak your true voice, feelings, and opinions.
🚀 Shy away from taking bold moves that serves you the most! 
✋ Avoid setting boundaries to not loose people and opportunities.

I get it, it seems like a legit strategy.

You’ll basically manipulate people to get their validation.

Wait what?! 

People pleasing isn’t selfless? 🤯

Yep, it’s actually one of the most selfish things you can do.

Let’s be honest for a minute… 

You’re not doing it for them, you don’t even think about others.

In reality you’re obsessing over yourself, not other people.

Living in your limiting beliefs makes you egocentric.

You can’t even stop and pause for a second.  

The thing is you can’t pour from the empty glass. 

You can only love others as much as you love yourself. 🫂

This is why the real shift in your life happens when you:

🧚🏼‍♀️ Start living for yourself, not for everyone else. (Trust me everyone will benefit from it way more than from people pleasing)

🪄 Start sharing your thoughts, emotions, and even setting strict boundaries! This is when you build real, genuine relationships.

🦋 Start following your unique part, make decisions aligned with yourself, not with others in every part of your life, not only career. 

The confidence you built by it is insane! 

You’ll notice the change immediately.

Because the real change doesn’t take lots of time.

It just takes a decision and your commitment.

This ONE career lesson from my 20s led my to my biggest and best opportunities… ↴

It actually doesn’t only apply to your 20s. 👀

Career growth happens when you take ownership of it. 

You need to become a CEO of your career no matter if you’re an entrepreneur or in your 9-5. 

When you’re the boss of your career path you stop waiting for permissions: 

🪄 To start your own side hustle or full time business that you truly love. 

💸 To change your jobs, change industries, companies, roles and make even more pasta! 

✨ To do what’s aligned with you, not what’s the shiny or fashionable career path. 

I changed my career several times in my 20s. 

Started in small recruitment agency, moved to internal marketing, then external affairs. 

Thanks to doing social media on the side my whole life at some point I took a leap. 

Started my own biz and moved to Spain. 

Then joined recruitment at Amazon. 

It gave me new opportunities, visibility and clients. 

So I started my own business once again, this time all about career coaching. 

After a while Revolut DMed me, so I paced my stuff again came back to Spain and here I am! 

Your career path doesn’t and imo shouldn’t be linear! 

It’s not how we do things in 2026. 

We’re in the digital economy era, and your career strategy needs to level up. 🙂‍↔️

I cannot even count how many rejections I got. 

Jobs, clients, collaborations, personal situations. 

Yep, it hurts. 

It’s not comfortable at all, it makes you feel like you should give up. 

Maybe you’re just not good enough. 
Maybe you should stop looking like a fool trying. 
Maybe you were completely delusional. 

Your mind starts to spiral. 

Limiting thoughts are in heaven. 

You basically doubted in yourself, finally. 

However, your thoughts are not who you are. 

What’s more, they only try to keep you safe. 

Thank them for trying, and keep doing yours. 

Honestly? Nobody even cares. 

While you overthink people’s opinions about you, they’re busy thinking about themselves. 

Everyone is minding their own business. 

Instead of letting rejection stop you. 

Change your mindset than rejection are sign to stop!

Who ever said that rejections make you a loser? 

The only failure is not trying. 

The only winner is a loser who basically tried one more time. 

You never know when the next try will turn out into your biggest win. 

At least you’ll never know if you gonna stop and give up now. 

Just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it’s impossible. 

It means you’re doing something big, meaningful, requiring your persistence and resilience. 

The moment you give up you feed those limiting beliefs that they were right. 

That you were not good enough, indeed. 

Let’s cut out all of that BS. 

You’re meant for more and you know it deep in your heart. 

I failed my business twice. 
I moved to Spain and started from 0 twice. 
I got hundreds of job rejections abroad. 

So I am building my next business. 
I’m thinking about new destinations. 
F it, building my own empire!!! 👑

You only need one yes to win.
Every no brings you closer to your yes. 
It’s your sign to keep going.
