Confidence is not about next shiny achievement. 

It’s about how you feel from within. 

You build your own confidence and self belief. 

Not your career, acknowledgement, success. 

It starts with trusting yourself, making your own decisions and choices. 

For the short term they might seem like actually lowering your confidence. 

Yes, I said it! 

When you make a decision aligned with yourself others might not necessarily agree with it. 

They want you yo follow their expectations. 

It’s uncomfortable to see you doing your thing. 

They might question your choices. 

However, that’s the only way of building confidence. 

Choosing yourself, trusting yourself. 

At first, it might be scary, weird, unusual. 

This is the moment you need to stand for yourself. 

Not give up your dreams for others plans for you. 

Whatever it is! 

Your new career, moving abroad, own business. 

Then all the magic happens. 

You build your own inner trust by doing yours. 

It can be uncomfortable, but it always pays off. 

You just went out of your comfort zone to become the biggest version of yourself. 

It doesn’t mean they have it all figured out. 

What it means is that they always choose their dreams vs people pleasing. 

So it is your sign to stop playing it small.

It was unpleasant, I won’t lie. 

However it built me even stronger.

Now my confidence is the highest ever. 

Because at the end of the day I know that:

I went from full time CEO to the new job at Revolut. 

This is one of the biggest reasons. 

Of course being your own boss is amazing. 

You do what you do, when and where you want. 

However most of the time you’re alone. 

Entrepreneurship is amazing when there are events, conferences, networking chats. 

But on a daily basis I felt something was missing. 

I felt disconnected, lonely and isolated. 

Reinvesting every penny in my growth was great. 

But I wanted even more growth. 

To be around people who share the vision, passion and ambitions. 

I missed having this corporate routine. 

This way my create energy can flow better. 

I can give it my 100% after work. 

That’s why I keep recording my podcast with more consistently than ever before. 

My social media are full of confidence and career content. 

I go out of my comfort zone more and more.

There is no one right path if it comes to your career. 

Choosing between 9-5 and entrepreneurship might be confusing. 

Stop listening to online gurus and choose your own path. 

Honestly?
