• Social Media content creation and engagement with followers and potential customers, including lead generation
• Assisted in the creation and execution of larger marketing campaigns
• Sales support with onboarding, key account management and sales correspondence, primarily in the German speaking market

Marketing & Sales Placement

Hoffrogge GmbH

After six-monthly placement and two-month working student activity continued cooperation with Hoffrogge GmbH. In addition to previous tasks, assignment of a climate protection project: responsible for the evaluation of current CO2 emissions, research on compensation projects and recommendation of providers with the final objective to obtain a climate neutrality certification.

Senior Project Assistant

Following the six-monthly placement, continued support of project managers alongside studies. Carrying out of previous tasks, such as analysis of market data, creation of customised assortments, shelves (planograms) and store plans, PR and customer management and organisation of internal company events.

Student Assistant

Analysis of market data of different product categories with subsequent creation of customised assortments, shelves and store plans for renowned retailers, e.g. Unilever, Mondelēz International, Mars and Coca-Cola. Responsible for the PR, meaning the composition of website articles and press releases in close collaboration with newspaper editors. Administrative support in the form of management of customer calls and organisation of firm events and customer meetings.

Category Management Placement (Practical Semester)

Fotostudio Walle

Managed a variety of customer services and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues empathically, quickly and efficiently. For the technical part, I performed advanced computer processing of images and worked on an own photography project.
