Responsible for a number of product teams in SB1U. I work with continous improvement, people operations and recruitment. My main focus is to help teams become empowered product teams that are focused on business and customer outcomes.

Always making sure that the team have what they need to be happy, work towards common goals, be customer oriented, make data-driven decisions for their product and make sure they are motivated and inspired.

A product Manager in FINN.no is responsible for defining the market and the customers, planning product launches, measuring and tracking our products, keeping track of our competitors and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. I work close to a developing team, making sure that technology meets business and users and customers. I want to measure everything, and combine qualitative and quantitative data to take the right decisions for our products.

FINN.no is the largest online market place in Norway. The website was established in 2000, and is the 3. Largest website in Norway when it comes to users and page views. We have the most satisfied customers (https://www.bi.no/forskning/norsk-kundebarometer/resultater-2016/), and Norways best reputation (repTrack).

Product Manager

A Team Lead in FINN.no is responsible for delivering top quality products on time by taking care of people and processes. I was Team Lead in a team of 6-8 developers, always making sure that they were empowered to perform at their best. I was dedicated to lean and agile processes, and continuous improvement. I learned leadership fundamentals in a company that has a great workplace culture. This is proven by top positions in Great Place to Work.

I was a full-stack developer, coding in java, jsp, html, css, and sql. I loved the fact that I was creating something for users and customers. I worked with fantastic colleagues in a tech environment that has been in front in the Norwegian tech community. I believe that continous delivery, micro services and cloud services are key ingredients making it possible for developers to react quickly to new business requirements.
