I am a tech-savvy entrepreneur with a background in Econometrics, Operational Sciences, and International Business Economics. My passion is data and all of its potential. I have extensive experience creating high throughput systems that generate the most value out of data. I worked as a tech lead at an automation firm, honing my skills and developing a keen interest in data. In 2021, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and founded Anlytic, a data processing and management platform that taps into my knowledge and experience to serve the wider industry. When I am not busy revolutionizing the world of data management, I love playing chess and billiards, traveling the world, and scuba diving. I currently live in Amsterdam with my wife, Nataliia.

Your first dashboard will suck. And that’s exactly how it should be. Don’t stress about your first version. Stop obsessing over making it perfect before it even sees the light of day. You don’t need a supercomputer to make a dashboard for one user. You can do that in Excel. 💡The magic? It’s in the prototype. Too many junior analysts think they need to design like a 10-year data veteran from day one. But the real skill is knowing when to build fast and test ideas early, not when to architect the next NASA system. Start scrappy. Learn faster. Iterate smarter. That’s how great products (and data careers) are built. #data #analytics #junioranalyst #datacareer #prototyping #buildfast #failforward

USING data > HOARDING data → Cold email agencies are guessing which templates work best. → Governments are drowning in disconnected databases. → Real estate agents are chasing leads without real buyer insights. That’s why I’m building industry-based data pods - custom AI-driven solutions that actually make data useful. - Cold Email → AI-powered lead enrichment to pinpoint the exact drivers of reply rates (no more throwing emails into the void). - Government & Enterprises → Breaking data silos so departments finally share insights. - Real Estate → AI-driven market insights + CRM integration to predict who’s actually ready to buy. Most companies talk about data. We’re making it work. Follow us along our journey on Anlytic for more! #data #datascience #analytics #businessintelligence
25 years ago, people would say, “I have an internet company.” Now, they say, “I have an AI company.” But if history tells us anything, it’s that AI isn’t a standalone industry, it’s infrastructure. Just like the internet became the backbone of everything we do, AI is following the same trajectory. Soon, we won’t talk about AI as something separate. It will be everywhere - woven into our daily workflows, decision-making, and the very fabric of how businesses operate. And here’s the real shift: AI models will become free and ubiquitous. Just like search engines, AI will be an open tool accessible to everyone. Sure, big players like OpenAI, Google, and others will still monetize aspects of it, but AI as a concept? It will evolve beyond individual companies and become something we interact with, rather than something we own. AI isn’t a product. It’s the infrastructure of the future. Are we treating AI like a product when it’s really a foundation? #artificialintelligence #data #datascience #datascientist #businessintelligence #businesstips

Let’s be honest, most data tools make you feel like you need a PhD just to read a weekly report. The old way: 😵 47 tabs open 😵 12 conflicting dashboards 😵 Trying to find that one insight buried in a sea of noise The new way (aka Anlytic): ✅ Upload your data ✅ Get business-ready insights ✅ No stress, just answers We're building Anlytic to change that. Because data should speak your language, not confuse you into giving up. 🚀 The future of analytics isn’t more dashboards. It’s clarity, simplicity, and action. AI isn’t replacing analysts, it’s replacing the boring parts of their job. Right now, most analysts spend 80% of their time on: → Fixing broken queries → Cleaning messy data → Manually pulling reports That’s NOT analysis, that’s data janitorial work. But in the next few years? AI will automate the grunt work. And the analysts who adapt will be the ones who thrive. → The future analyst isn’t just writing SQL. → They’re leading strategy. → They’re asking the right business questions. AI will handle the data crunching, but it won’t: → Know what questions matter to the business → Spot patterns beyond the numbers → Make high-level decisions based on human intuition That’s where the BEST analysts will shine. The question isn’t: “Will AI replace analysts?” The real question is: Are you evolving fast enough to stay ahead? #ai #aievolution #ainews #data #datascience #datascientist #analytics

I left my job without a backup plan. I didn’t have a safety net. I didn’t have an MBA. I didn’t even have a degree. What I did have? A deep understanding of data and a burning need to build something bigger. For years, I worked inside companies, solving complex data problems. But I kept running into the same issue: No one was using data the way they should. The turning point? I realized that if I wanted to truly innovate, I had to stop solving problems inside someone else’s business... and start building my own. Fast forward to today: ✅ I run my own data company. ✅ I help businesses turn scattered data into AI-powered insights. ✅ I build solutions I once wished existed. What changed? I stopped thinking like an employee and started thinking like an owner. If you’re thinking about making the leap, my advice: → Bet on skills, not titles. → Focus on value, not job descriptions. → Build something you wish existed. The shift from employee to entrepreneur isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about having the courage to figure them out. What’s the biggest thing stopping you from taking the leap? #data #analytics #datascience #ceomindset #entrepreneurship
AI agents: the future of work or just more work? Yes, they can summarize. Yes, they can write code. Yes, they can even browse the web and string it all together. But at the end of the day? You’re still the one going to Stack Overflow. You’re still opening 4 tabs to double-check what they said. You’re still Googling the “real” answer. That’s not autonomy. That’s autocomplete with extra steps. I’ve tested Claude, DeepSeek, GPT, O1 Pro… all of them. They’re great for brainstorming. Even better for architecture debates. But when it’s time to act, you need context, accuracy, and trust. Agents aren’t there yet. And the hype around them being “fully autonomous” is doing more harm than good - especially for big orgs trying to build real systems. They’re tools for direction, not decision. Let’s stop pretending otherwise. 💬 Curious to hear, have you had one AI agent actually give you a final answer you could run with? #ai #llm #dataengineering #aiagents #datascience
Google Analytics is insanely powerful, but it’s also a nightmare to navigate. There are 53 tables with over 500+ fields, by the time you find the right metric, your coffee’s cold, and your patience is gone. That’s why we’re fixing it. Now, you can ask questions like: 🚀 Where’s my traffic coming from? 📉 Which campaigns are underperforming? 💰 How do I optimize my conversions? And get clear answers in minutes, not weeks. Data shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. It should feel like a cheat code for growth. How long does it take you to make sense of your data? #analytics #data #datascience #businessintelligence #datascientists
Side effects may include mild spreadsheet rage, sudden urge to create a pivot table, questioning your life choices after VLOOKUP fails. #excel #excelsurvivors #officeessentials #entrepreneurtips
For me, nothing beats building the dream with my person. Client calls, dashboards, and strategy sessions but with the added bonus of sunshine, smoothies, and partnership in every sense of the word. My wife Nataliia Odollamskaia isn’t just my travel buddy. She’s my co-architect, sounding board, late-night brainstorm partner, and the person who challenges me to be better every single day - in life and in business. Some days we’re in different time zones, sprinting toward deadlines. Other days, we’re side by side, working under palm trees. But no matter where we are, we’re building something meaningful together. If you’ve ever wondered whether mixing love and work is a good idea… This is your sign. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. #worklife #entrepreneurship #founderslife
Date night after a whirlwind of deep work, deadlines, and late nights There’s always one more task to tick off. One more project to push forward. But here’s a reminder (to myself and maybe to you too): Taking time to unwind isn’t laziness, it’s leadership. You don’t need to earn your rest. You just need to value it. Grateful for evenings like this: good food, even better company and a moment to simply enjoy. #worklifebalance #datenight #entrepreneurtips #ceomindset #founderlife
You can’t solve creative problems with productivity hacks alone. As leaders, we spend so much time focused on outcomes, metrics and execution that we forget our most important resource is input (and inspiration is a form of input). The most strategic ideas I’ve had this year didn’t come from optimizing a workflow. They came from stepping outside of it. Not to escape the work... But to return to it with new energy, context, and perspective. 📍So if you’ve been stuck lately, staring at the same dashboard, the same canvas, or the same whiteboard… Consider this your nudge to look somewhere completely different. Where do you go to refill your creative tank? #leadership #ceomindset #founderlife #creativity #worklifebalance
