As Head of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI for Financial Services at Microsoft EMEA I drive our exponential growth strategy as well as the development of our AI business offerings and their go-to-markets. Moreover, I lead our strategic partnerships with banks and insurers, helping them redesign their organizations for an agentic world in a responsible and scalable manner. Previously, I built-up and scaled Microsoft’s Cloud for Financial Services business in Western Europe and before that held different business leadership, global strategy and digital transformation roles in banking. In my spare time, I love collaborating with AI and FinTech startups as a mentor. Founders have a unique energy and seeing the change that startups drive is a constant source of personal inspiration and amazement. What excites me most is unprecedented opportunity we have today. We are in the midst of a second industrial revolution, shaped by a new kind of Artificial Intelligence and evolving in record speed.
