Joined a senior management team within Global Service Delivery Center, leading a line of up to 10 teams with a focus on IT Architecture, Transition & Transformation Management, Project Management and IT Service Management.

As a people manager, I hired and led a multi-national team of more than 60 professionals across multiple locations. In IT service management area, I was influencing Global Service Delivery strategy, providing senior ITIL consultations and leadership to continuously improve Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment and Configuration Management processes. Within projects, I was steering a project's portfolio of DN services delivery to our largest retail and banking customers with annual revenues of several €00m.

Beside people management, in case of very complex or customer escalated projects, I was providing a technical leadership towards project teams and acted as a customer escalation point. In case of an operation crisis, as a part of a Manager on Duty team, I was acting as a crisis manager to resolve customer the most critical incidents as soon as possible. 

Key accomplishments:
•	Lead integration of ITSM processes between Diebold and Wincor-Nixdorf after M&A
•	Hired 60+ IT professionals with very low fluctuation in very short time
•	Together with key talents, I lead our organizational culture improvement
•	Settled a new organization within a new branch in Slovakia
•	Succeed an organizational transformation to outsource internal customer services to India

Bottom line: I transformed a line of several teams into a big successful team serving our customers with a full support of global stakeholders.

Head of IT Architecture, Transition & Transformation Management and IT Service Management

Wincor Nixdorf

Joined a global team of Software Architects and Product Managers leading a small team in the Czech Republic. I lead design and SW engineering of internal software products providing efficiency for the company global delivery centers with focus on managed services in areas - Retail, Banking, Petrol, Outsourcing. I supported sales teams within global bids, RfFs and customer project deliveries. 

Key accomplishments:
•	Transforming a product delivery methodology into agile
•	Improved time-to-market of new product deliveries 
•	Initiated global virtual community groups with a focus on knowledge sharing
•	Improved virtual team efficiency in common collaboration through online workshops with shared whiteboards
•	Acted as Manager on Duty (MoD) leading resolution of major incidents with a huge impact on a customer’s business (leading technical expert teams across the world with direct reporting to a top management)

Bottom line: I helped the company to win several RfPs and to generate a revenue through service offerings I lead. I acted as a crisis manager in multiple domains when needed, eg. leading firewall and network operation teams in the company.

Lead Software Architect, Product Manager

Komerční banka

I lead SW engineering and overall BPM Systems strategy including product and projects portfolio management. With an increase of business criticality of the technology platform (mortgage, corporate finance, approval, FO-BO communication, case management) we transformed SLA/OLA model from "a paper" into a business usable UI with an automated system of measuring on the back-ends. 

Key accomplishments:
•	Delivered 1500MDs IT stabilization project in quality, time (8 months) and budget (1+ Mio €). Project awarded by CIO.
•	Created a technology and organizational strategy for BPMS domain which was approved by executive management. The strategy plans turned a question from “how to survive on a current technology” into “how to squeeze the maximum from cutting/edge BPM products & methodologies we can get on a market”. 
•	Helped within a technology and business strategy of a future branch workstation. We brought a complex new UX study including front-end technology strategy.
•	Participated in the bank Enterprise Architecture department on a strategic tasks
•	Become a part of a talent management programme

Bottom line: I initiated a successful BPMS strategy to replace existing IBM products to a new technology stack including new agile implementation methodology.  Initiated, lead and delivered several successful IT projects as a senior project manager.

BPM Systems Leader

I lead IT architecture and design of changes within the bank core Business Process Automation platform, like an implementation of a new business process, integration with new DMS, replacement of HR System, new Corporate Finance system and others.

Key accomplishments:
•	Improved architecture governance - nominated within the bank IT architecture committee, measuring technical depth, leading architecture improvements
•	Saved costs by involving Lean-6-Sigma business processes optimization before implementation in IT
•	Advanced automation of the mortgage loan business process
•	Technical authority for external deliveries (RFP, FTFP, 3rd level vendors) 
•	Set up of KB SOA principles, environment, and BPM community within the bank
•	Represented a vote within business prioritization pipeline

Bottom line: I improved the architecture to enable parallel development of multiple vendor-teams and introduced toolset and processes for continuous deployment. I helped the bank to save costs by introducing lean-6-sigma methodology and agile methodology.

BPM Systems Lead Architect

Joined as a first internal BMS Systems Developer (Java, BPEL, Flex) with mission to take-over a new business process automation platform (IBM Websphere Process Server) out of external fix-time fix-price SW delivery. I gained technical knowledge by joining development teams of the external supplier (Trask). 

Bottom line: I set up company internal software development competence in a very short time which enabled insourcing of 3rd level support, small enhancement and manintanance.

BPM Systems Developer (Java)

PIKE ELECTRONIC

Analysis, design, and implementation of Enterprise Java solutions build on Oracle SOA 10g platform (REST APIs, ESB, BPEL, WS) for the largest Czech insurance company. 

With cooperation with the company, I realized my practical part of diploma thesis: Project Management Best Practices within IT Organization

Bottom line: I helped the company to become a System Integrator specialized in fields of service integration and process automation on enterprise process engines.
