- Responsibilities: Marketing & launches in the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland & the Baltics), team of two regional brand managers at our Nordic HQ, coordinating activities with brand managers and key account managers in the Nordic affiliates.
- Led the planning & tactics with regards to generic products entering the Nordic desmopressin market. 
- Outperformed goal: Grew the desmopressin sales, kept 97% of our market shares, achieving better results than all other local markets where Ferring had generic competition.

- Led the launch of the IVF drug Menopur® in the Nordic region; developed the launch plan, incl. positioning, strategies, value proposition, pricing, tactics, detailing material, & the relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific associations & patient organizations.
