o	Negotiated the acquisition of a supplier in administration, completing the deal with no disruption to supply or effect on producers. Led the legal, PR and HR teams throughout the process

o	HR – introduced appraisal system, skills audit & review, time & attendance reporting and review of all HR policies & procedures ensuring compliance with latest requirements
o	HR – introduced a salary sacrifice scheme with 97% of eligible staff joining the scheme
o	Reporting – created group wide , integrated management reporting including cash forecast & operational KPI’s
o	Undertook condition review of all properties identifying significant issues and established programme of remedial works
o	Delivered £1.1m property renovation project across 3 sites within budget and time
o	Negotiated with DEFRA to allow organisation to grant a charge over primary property asset to the DB Pension Scheme avoiding significant increases in deficit cash contributions
