An Italian qualified lawyer and legal advisor since 2013, I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Pisa, and further specialised at the University of Milan. My main areas of expertise are white-collar crimes (serious fraud, tax evasion, bankruptcy, corporate crimes, anti-money laundering, health and safety in the workplace), as well as corruption/bribery offences and prevention and anti-mafia measures, providing legal aid throughout the whole trial. In addition to being an experienced attorney, I also provide out-of-court legal assistance (including drafting of specific opinions and reporting complaints to Italian Authorities) about issues concerning Freedom of Information act and anti-bribery requirements, data protection requirements, and consumer law, rules on advertising and unfair commercial practices.
