In charge of structuring the new Success Management Department in the Italian Market identifying KPIs, tasks, customer journeys, internal procedures and workflows to be aligned with the International Markets.
- Onboarding activities for newly acquired Clients (training process, webinars, widget integration on CMS when needed with CSS customization)
- Success Management consulting and activities with set goals of business growth and as well as internal revenue
- Commercial tasks (renegotiation, upsell, cross-sell, service upgrade)
- Churn management, analysis of churn early indicators and clients' health-score
- Project management for dedicated Key Accounts with customized Consulting packages and action plans.
- Customer Success Metrics analysys (CLV, TTV, CRR, MRR, Churn rate, CSAT)
- Close collaboration with the Product Team through gathering feedbacks and needs to submit feature requests for as well as active participation in design sprints
- Industry Trade shows attendance
