Hired, trained and supervised a team of seven Recruiters and Account Managers. Oversaw sourcing and recruiting activities of over 900 light industrial, skilled trades and Engineering hires for Corporate HQ in Michigan and remote/satellite locations in Tennessee and Wisconsin. Also served as Corporate Risk & Safety Manager, managed Worker’s Compensation and Risk Management program nationwide. Personally, closed over $90k in new hire revenue in 2013, led the Safety team that reduced the company's annual Workers Compensation costs by over $600k.
