Improving organizations’ efficiency by improving the way people act and interact at work is Terra Incognita’s mission for 15 years. We coach leaders, leading teams, transformation project sponsors and pilots and all circles in the organization. We help transform better and faster! My experiences taught me that organizations are usually effective at scaling, duplicating, controlling and usually ineffective for agility, speed, empowerment and very ineffective in maintaining people employability. It’s one of the executives’ most difficult job to maintain the organization and ensure effectiveness. The blooming era of digital tech makes it even more important for executives to revisit their beliefs and patterns to envisage today’s world and create tomorrow’s organizations. Terra Incognita means entering new territories by exploring ourselves and our environment. What’s in it for my clients? Meeting an executive, I wonder “What could be a real improvement for this firm and its people? Which are the powerful questions for these improvements to emerge?” Being coached, executives and people in the organization better handle situations, find innovative, faster ways forward and grab more of tomorrow’s opportunities.
