After 12 years as head of the Consumer Electronics & Digital Lifestyle, Tourism & Travel teams and member of the management board at Faktor 3, I decided to change my work life, joining Adobe Central Europe to do what I can do very well: Social and PR communication on a high level. At Adobe I am Group Manager, Head of Communications Central Europe and responsible for the communication about the three Adobe Clouds (Marketing Cloud, Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) and Corporate Communications in Central Europe, which mainly means Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Therefore I love to read news and stories around tech, design, photography, digital marketing, social and communication. When I am not on the job, I love cycling and blogging about. My blog BiketourGlobal is about Bikepacking and travelling by bike – and sometimes without. Here it´s all about faraway countries, pictures, people, adventures, equipment, bicycles and tips to survive in the nowhere. Since 1991 I cycled in Africa, Asia, South-America and Europe, crossing 52 countries, riding over 90,000 km so far. And more to come as I am not tired yet... Biketour-global.de was founded as a website to promote my long distance cycling journeys and turned into a blog in October 2011. Since 2019 my blog is one of the Top 25 Bicycle Touring Blogs worldwide and is well known in the German-speaking Bicycle Touring and Bikepacking community.
