Student Success Coach - Professional Certificates

Interim role with the Academic Delivery team involving management of a portfolio of Professional Certificate (Bootcamp) courses. Responsibilities included onboarding support team members (Course Leaders, Mentors, and Career Coaches), live session scheduling, reporting & triaging curriculum and participant concerns, etc.

Provided support to Thinkful and Bloc Asynchronous student programs, as well as coached a pod of Academic Success Managers (ASMs) specializing in Flex (part-time) student success.

- Project support for Thinkful's Data Analytics and UX/UI Design Flex programs.
- ASM hiring, onboarding, and training.

- Managed a caseload of 75 Flex (part-time) and Immersion (full-time) students, with a maximum roster of 120 students during peak enrollment periods.

Program Manager

Oregon State University-Cascades

Professional position with University Housing & Dining Services at the Cascades (Bend) campus of Oregon State University. Responsible for the supervision of five student Resident Assistants and the implementation of a Community Development Model adapted from main campus materials. 

Aided in the transition of Residential Education oversight from Corvallis UHDS to Student Success at OSU-Cascades (beginning Winter 2019).

Advised the Cascades Community Council and support an Executive Board tasked with the execution of monthly town hall-style meetings for residents, sustainability initiatives, and community enrichment programming.

Internship/project with the Office of the Dean of Student Life at Oregon State University, working on projects tied to the Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge (launched by the White House in the spring of 2011).
