Head of Design, providing creative marketing & UI design for a range of high profile retailers and B2C companies.

Complementing Sparktone's extensive portfolio as an Ecommerce and web design agency, I also brought digital marketing experience (particularly in the sports marketing and charity giving sectors) plus UX design expertise to continually refine the solutions we provided for greater conversions.

Sparkstone Creative are the creative arm of Sparkstone Technology an Ecommerce and bespoke EPOS provider based just outside of Southampton.

Using Sparkstone's in-house developed CMS and CRM systems I helped to deliver projects by providing initial design concepts and mockups, through to front-end coding, CSS and LESS styling and the occasional bit of Javascript interaction. I was also a key point of contact for all Ecommerce customers, and usually the person responsible for producing quotes and technical specification documents.

In February 2015 I took over Sparkstone's Pay Per Click (PPC) management on Google Adwords, and over the next year I helped to grow traffic by over 800% whilst maintaining a steady budget.

Working mainly on sports marketing projects for golf clients Srixon and Cleveland Golf as well as charity donation campaigns for WWF and Kings College London. My work at Clarion involved the design and production of Flash banner ads, websites, microsites, UI/UX design, email marketing and occasional print design. As the agency's key point of contact for digital projects I liaised with clients at a strategic level to maximise the return on their investment with greater conversions, more engagement and in the case of Kings College, their most successful email marketing campaign to-date.
