- Implemented new processes, sales tools, best-practices, and KPIs, training programs, directly tied to compensation to meet business and sales goals, including HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator.
- Launched and deployed the SDR processes, sales tools, workflows, compensation structure, KPIs, and reporting framework across 4 regions, for a successful global implementation to EMEA, APAC, LATAM, INDIA.
- Led the entire change process of installing a new CRM (HubSpot): contract negotiation to global implementation to training and integration.
