This photo is from our management retreat at Litebox a few days ago.
We got together to set the goals for the year.
But more importantly, to see each other in person.

One simple exercise stood out.
Sitting around a table, each of us received feedback from the rest.
Something we do really well.
And something we can keep improving.
What sounded like “just another exercise” turned into something special.
Honest.
Human.

We also looked back at the year that ended.
What worked.
What didn’t.

It was a hard one.

But it left us sharper and better prepared.

We closed the day with an asado and a toast.
As it should be.
