MultiMerch Systems is a marketplace company that offers an ecommerce platform, custom marketplace development and consulting services to small and medium marketplace businesses.

As the founder and CEO, I managed a team of developers and designers behind our product, MultiMerch Marketplace, and was in charge of all marketing and business development activities.

Managing the MultiMerch Marketplace software suite:
- gathering client feedback and maintaining the product roadmap
- leading the product team in rolling out new product updates
- working with the design team to improve the MultiMerch UI/UX
- managing custom MultiMerch marketplace development projects

Creating and executing the marketing strategy for MultiMerch Systems:
- running inbound lead generation campaigns on the MultiMerch website
- creating and promoting long-form marketplace content for the MultiMerch blog
- managing the MultiMerch newsletter and the client community on Slack
- growing the MultiMerch audience through SEO and PPC campaigns (FB, Google, Quora, Capterra)

Leading sales and business development at MultiMerch:
- identifying qualified leads generated through inbound marketing campaigns
- educating and developing prospects in all stages of the funnel
- providing personal MultiMerch suite demos to qualified opportunities
- closing sales opportunities and onboarding new MultiMerch clients
