My name is Martin James Marinoff, and for the past 36 years I have lived in the local Wildomar, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula area. I started my sales career in 2002 at Cingular Wireless inside the Promenade Mall at the age of 19 years old. From there I went on to work at, the time "Norm Reeves Honda" of Temecula in 2004. It was acquired by D.C.H Auto group shortly after in 2005. After two years of car sales and many great experiences, It wasn't something I wanted to do as a career. I decided to try home loan mortgage sales , which also just was not for me. I worked for many great companies over the years as a sales manager, such as Guitar Center , Golds Gym, and Kori Cryotherapy. But at the end of the day I just wasn't happy being in the sales game anymore. I had found myself burnt out and wanting something more purposeful out of life. In 2019 I answered an ad for a live in caregiver for a 31 year old man with ALS. He and I became instant friends, and I lived with and took full time care of him for the next three years. In those 3 years I went from a single man, to a man with a family. Even though I loved being a caregiver, I had to start thinking about a more long term career position, if I wanted to properly provide for my family in this great, yet expensive state of California. One day a long time friend asked if id be open to hearing about the company(Heartland) he had been working at for the last few months. I accepted and quickly became a new Senior Product Advisor for Heartland Payroll and Payments June of 2023. Since then I have had nothing but continued support from Heartland and my mentors. Easily the best company I have ever worked for ! Im eager to continue gaining momentum and success while truly making a difference in everyday business owners lives.
