• Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information,
• Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results,

• Conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents,

• Responsible for the document flow between individual departments and the Management Board office, in particular: verification and control of documents submitted for signature of the Management Board,
• Completing and archiving legal documents,
• Organizing meetings and planning board business trips, taking care of settlements of management board delegation costs,
• Reporting new employees and changing packages in medical care facilities and other benefits,
• Ordering office equipment (furniture, IT equipment and other office equipment),
• Car fleet care (insurance, registration at the office, cooperation with Car Dealers, fuel cards, control of deadlines for technical inspections in company cars, liquidation of damages),
• Controlling costs and settling invoices, follow-up of insurance costs and activities.

Board Assistant

• Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory,
• Monitoring office expenditures,
• Overseeing the performance of other clerical and administrative staff & coordinating work of assistants,
• Dealing with customer complaints or issues,
• Assisting in vendor relationship management,
• Coordinating and planning company social events that take place during and after business hours.
