I currently manage a global team of 30 engineers, architects and technologists who are responsible for designing, configuring and deploying solutions for our customers.

Taking a data-driven approach to identify how to decrease TTV when delivering our complex tech stack. 

Working with multiple C-level executives to ensure we develop and deliver products with implementation and customer experience at the forefront of people's minds.

Acting as a product manager for customer-driven technology changes. Covering aspects related to compliance, operational cost, performance and a controlled deprecation of low-leverage functionality.

Head Of Implementation (Engineering)

Leading a team of implementation engineers across the UK and US, and planning work that will be done in-team.

Developing process improvements and training to increase the efficiency and sustainability of the wider team. 

Continued involvement with customer projects, advising other team members on technical aspects of deployment and development of our products.

Developing new features for a bash installer and deploying distributed real time processing systems for customers.

Worked with TSYS to deploy the Foresight score in the UK and North America (https://www.featurespace.com/clients/tsys/), including new feature development and deployment and integration consultancy on tight timescales.

Continuation of previous role, but shifted towards process improvement.

Improved efficiency of deploying systems by automating processes in Python.

International Support Services Engineer

Commissioning telecommunications equipment on Linux systems. 

Troubleshooting equipment and technologies used and customer communication and documentation. 

Mentoring new starters, and in-team SME for two products and security.

8 week placement in the Integrated Operations department, which specialises in “value-added” features for its Oil, Gas and Petrochemical products.
