Joined Driva as their first Head of Growth.

Managed a team of 3 marketing and creative specialists as well as 2 designers offshore.

Created team SOPs and rituals. Managed weekly sprints and quarterly OKRs for both company wide and Growth team.

Introduced performance creative for specific paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) turning them into profitable channels from month 1.

Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, leading to a 15% overall improvement in conversion rates across landing pages.

Lead SEO strategy (content machine and backlink outreach) with a 800% annual increase in organic traffic.

Lead affiliate partnerships with YouTube, TikTok and Instagram influencers.

Joined Eucalyptus at series A (~25 employees) and left post-series B (~130 employees).

I helped form the early Growth team and hired team members.

Responsible for all conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities across a portfolio of 5 brands including Pilot, Kin Fertility, Software, Normal and Juniper. This included A/B testing, messaging testing, lead gen and more.

Personally built 3 entire websites (Pilot, Kin and Software) using Webflow during my time at Eucalyptus.

Highlights include:
- Introducing a new online portal for homestay hosts to view and manage their bookings.
- Introducing Alipay and WeChat pay options for international students to pay for their accommodation which eventually was used for approximately 33% of all payment transactions for the business (~$2.5m AUD of transactions per year).
- Built and designed a new website which was optimised for all stakeholders (students, hosts, agents and universities).
