Associate

Optimus

Optimus is the next leader in the Healthcare, Hospitality and Construction Recruitment industries, who seek only the finest talent. We’ve been working with some Rock Star software engineers to develop a state of the art, high-performant application that is changing the game as we speak!

My role includes:
- Managing and working alongside a team of four Associates to generate cost-effective and efficient marketing material (Social Media ads, Sales Presentations, Scheduled Social Media Posts). 

- Communicating feedback with the app development team to ensure the highest quality final product, this includes creating UI mock-ups using Adobe Photoshop to aid the feedback process and align the design with the Optimus brand.

-Presenting brand strategies and creative solutions to clients (Small Firms and Start-Ups) to optimise their messaging and bring their online presence in line with their brand.

-Generating and managing aspects of the Optimus brand, ranging from its online presence website, LinkedIn page and employee profiles to its offline presence, producing business cards and letterheads.

Start with a strong action verb to describe your role, followed by the project specifics and conclude with the measurable impact it had on the organisation. Example instruction: "Describe the initiative, your role in it, and its positive outcome, quantifying the impact where possible."

🥈 Deliverables: Focus on concrete products or services you delivered. 

Instruct to detail the scope of the project, their contribution, and the significance of the deliverable in the broader business context. Example instruction: "List key projects or tasks you led or contributed to significantly, emphasising what was delivered and the benefit it provided to the company."

🥉 Achievements: Highlight standout successes and recognitions. 

Guide to reflect on moments where their work was distinguished by peers, leadership, or industry. Example instruction: "Identify any awards, recognitions, or unusually successful projects, explaining your involvement and the criteria for success."
